An Evening Designed For Carers By a Carer

We are having another event at the lovely Noosa Springs on the 13^th of June. This event is in support of the Carer. It can feel overwhelming to take care of a person living with dementia, but neglecting your own well-being can be harmful to you both. One of the greatest challenges caregivers face is finding a new balance. Trying to handle everything by yourself can lead to burnout, depression and health problems.

Please join me and our group of expert speakers for a conversation about ways in which we can gain the tools & extra support we need to increase our inner strength and sense of well-being in caring for someone living with Dementia.
