Meeting January 2024

On a very hot and sultry morning, supporters of Linus gathered for the first meeting of 2024.

New and old members rejoining for the new year.

Members signed up for the 2024 year.

SALES TABLE
The sales table was off to a great start for the year. It was covered with a wide variety of items including a sewing machine and overlocker, beautifully sewn hand towel, food covers, plants and a range of fresh produce including some mouth watering Lemon Curd.

Leone did such a great job of modelling a beautiful apron,
that my lovely mum bought it for me for my birthday. Thank you.

AROUND THE TABLES
These gorgeous animals just waiting to be cuddled.

THE FREEBIE TABLE
Every month fabrics in the boxes on the stage are sorted by Lyn and colleagues. You can find all sorts of fabrics including boxes of plain fabrics, children's fabrics, different textures ready to be taken home and used to create items for Linus. This month, there were so many resources on the Freebie Table, members were asked to take items for a friend or donate as new supplies will be coming in next month.

Wouldn't this make a delightful tablecloth for a Mad Hatters tea party!

THE QUILT TABLE
Would love some more smaller body quilts, there are currently lots of big quilts and children's quilts.
